5 Eating-out Tips

How often do you eat out?

This year, 2020, the year of potentially record number of lack of eating out for some people. However, as activities are getting back to normal, awareness can be key to help achieve your health goals and reach your quota for eating out.

Humans are basically hard-wired to eat socially. So a consideration towards eating out, before any potential changes to our practices, needs to be on our mindset and if we are allowing ourselves to eat out to socialise or to have that sense of comfort with food. We definitely do not need to be consciously thinking about whether what we have chosen from the menu is “healthy” or “going to keep me on track” when we have eating out as our irregular eating patterns.
