Foods that will impact your mood - for the better

When we are searching for foods to benefit us, or to help us in a particular area, I would start working through your consumption and ensure there is a large variety of foods. As you can see the foods that do have particular vitamins and substitutes to positively impact our mood are very common foods.

Carbohydrate rich foods: potato, grains, noodles, fruit, yoghurt and milk, breads and wraps, legumes and lentils are all foods that can make us feel comfort, and positively impact our mood.

Vitamin D rich foods = fish, nuts and seeds, avocado, nut spreads, yoghurt and milk

Fibre: wholegrains, nuts and seeds, fruit and vegetables
